i hope you're all good here.

its about time for a letter, or two:

dear dave harolds,
watch carefully. if you look at my eyes: my pupils are big and black, my whites are pearl white and the rest is lime green as a result of unrest, i dont want to miss a thing. watch carefully through the next few weeks, june is a lot closer than it was yesterday. its racing ahead keeping an eye out for the horizon while we're all lagging behind with our eyes shut, in a constant game of hide and never seek. keep your eyes open as this train zips into the next month and more love or the opposite of love awaits.
love tj

dear,
im sorry dreams dont always come true, but lets try for it. all i want is for everything to be perfect and i hope it will be in time. i wont blame time cette fois, parce que le temps est la seule chose que sait faire son travail. {
la langue est une tentative pour ralentir mes pensées} its probably better if i give up on any expectations ive ever had so thats what im doing, giving them up. im sorry i cant be much help. it seems all ive done recently is sit back and wait for life to pull me along. it works occasionally, but mostly my focus is off. just ask me. just ask me anything and ill answer you, though the answers may be slow in coming. it seems confrontation never works for us anymore..or did it ever? my thoughts wont stop. you've got them spinning through my head five times faster than usual and i kinda like it, but without an outlet they're wearing on me in pretty patterns of pink. im quite fond of you no matter what you do, so dont worry, i think all will be perfect.
love maggie

and now im going to let you all in on a little secret of mine. (well, it might not be a secret anymore buuuut..) so here's what you do. go down to the very very very bottom of the page. yes, done? okay, isnt that pretty...and here's the best part, its been there all along. (its only there on some computers..if i was good with technology, id tell you how to fix it but im not so o well you'll have to come over and see it then)

im not waiting for the moment, im just bursting at the seams, i have to tell you everything.

im going now where. now where you can find me?
thatd be a nightmare.
(m, the double meanings rock my baseball team's picnic!)

i want to live in a castle. i want my castle to have lots of secret staircases and towers with secret rooms. i want there to be a room of all mirrors, a room devoted to music and ill have a grand piano, a huge room for my horses, a little room with a fireplace (itd be a secret). i want to have to bring in my firewood, by hand, from outside every day. i want a room for art. i want there to be tons and tons and tons of things to do in that room, a constant busy schedule. i would have a theatre for touring plays, i would have a party every wednesday night. id have a big ballroom where you're not allowed in unless you have a huge dress with at least three layers (for girls) and the men would have to have shiny black shoes, or white on special occasions. The only exception would be when you want to dance alone in your nightgown. The ballroom would have a big painting on the ceiling and everyone would marvel at it when they would come for my balls. I would have at least one empty big room with a really high ceiling and it would be really lonely. The windows in my castle would have big curtains in dark rooms and little lace curtains in light rooms. I would invite poets to come and stay at my castle and take long luxurious walks in my garden for inspiration. i would have big instruments for speech and languages like in 'my fair lady'. i would have a sunroom. i want there to be a big gate at the front entrance. There would be a big gate, then a big driveway with big trees, then at the end of the driveway would be a big round garden that you can drive around, then there would be a big staircase with red carpet on special occasions, then a big door with big security gaurds that are really nice. i would have swings outside. i would have lots of them, and then i would have a pond with a giant willow tree. the willow tree would have a wooden swing hanging from it. i would invite little girls over for tea parties and the ones with curly hair would swing on the swing. i would have an anual steeple chase and the whole neighbourhood would be invited to watch. i want to fly flags and give out trophies. i want to have a very pretty bed with a lace canopy and lots of lace pillow-covered pillows. i want to have a collection of china dolls and a collection of crystal on my shelves. i want to have a library full of books. there would be a no-talking-and-if-you-talk-you-have-to-whisper policy with only one exception: when something exciting happens and you are going to burst if you dont tell anyone, you can skip through the french doors and talk as loud as you want until you get the news out. and finally, i want my castle to have a rose garden.

thursday's dialogue:

the library has to have a big cushiony tall backed chair, and it has to be velvet red. and the shelves have to be 3 stories tall, with one of those cool sliding ladders. and there has to be a beautiful fireplace, and a little coffee table where you can sip your favourite drink while curled up in your chair, in front of the fire. and BIG ol' windows-the ones that are all ripply. and it has to overlook a courtyard, with a big old tree in the middle, and on the otherside of the fence will be a river that winds through a forest. the courtyard has to be cobblestone, and you'll have rose bushes and little trimmed hedges growing along the fence. and to the left, from the view, will be the window to your bedroom, and you can climb out your bedroom window and walk along the brick ledge, to the library. and when it snows, you'll feel like your in heaven.

how LOVELY! i used to live in my imagination. i drew so many floor plans lol. sigh... i love imagining atmospheres... the cozy chair by a fire with books aroudn sounds sooo nice right now. or maybe the gardens. walking with someone in the velvety grass on a summer night with the breeze rustling your hair gently... and soft hands. and peacefulness all round. and stars, of course.

thats what i want right now.

and i want a completly red room :D wooooh so cool. with lots of wooden shelves and paintings and windows that are quaint. and red beams, and a yellow cieling. that was in a book, actually, haha. but i still want it. :)

i love starting something and then making somethign and then showing people it makes me so happy :D

happy happy happy springtime :D :D

i like the whole castle idea; that would be oh-so-nice. it seems a very europe-y idea, i don't know how enchanting it would seem here in canada.

[and i hope you don't mind me here either, but i'm guessing you're not one of those touchy people you mentioned]
